At the same time, 43,938 infected patients had recovered and returned home. Whereas yesterday the number of active patients was 3,18,181.

Recovery rate 97.77 percent: Health Ministry

The Health Ministry said that active cases account for 0.90 percent of the total number of infected, which is the lowest since March 2020. According to the data, there has been a decrease in the number of active patients by 7,586 in the last 24 hours. While the recovery rate of patients has been recorded at 97.77 percent, which is the highest since March 2020.

Vaccination figure in the country crosses 82 crores

The vaccination campaign against Corona is continuing in India. According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of vaccinations in the country has gone up to 82,65,15,754.

More than 15 thousand corona cases came to Kerala

There does not seem to be any relief from corona infection in Kerala. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, 15,768 new cases were registered in the state in the last 24 hours while 214 people died due to this dreaded disease. Due to which the total number of infected increased to 45 lakh 39 thousand 953 and the number of dead increased to 23,897.
