Most cases came from Maharashtra
In Maharashtra, 3,659 cases have been found in the last 24 hours. Here 3,356 patients were cured and 1 patient died. Currently, active cases in Maharashtra are 24,915. 39,094 Covid tests were conducted on Tuesday and the positivity rate has been recorded at 9.36%. A day earlier, 2,354 new cases were found in the state and the positivity rate was recorded at 10.36%.
The positivity rate in Kerala is 17.76%
After Maharashtra, 2,609 new cases have been registered in Kerala. The number of patients undergoing treatment here was 22,593 and the positivity rate was 17.76%. Kerala has the highest number of deaths at 8 across the country. The number of cured patients is 2,286. On Monday, 2,786 cases were reported in Kerala and the positivity rate was found to be 16.08%.

In Karnataka, 738 cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours. The total corona infection cases in the state have exceeded 39.62 lakh. Here the positivity rate has been recorded at 3.76%. The death toll has gone up to 40,113.
