Former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan said he no longer "blames" the US administration for ousting him from power. He said that our relationship with America is like master and servant. Imran now says he wants a "dignified" relationship between Washington and Islamabad.
Referring to his earlier comments on the US role in the alleged plot, Imran Khan has said, "As far as I am concerned, it is over, it is past for me now," reported the Financial Times. " Imran further says, "Our relationship with America is like a master servant. We were used as hired guns. But for this, I blame our governments more than America."
Imran Khan traveled to Moscow on the eve of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Linking Imran's visit to Moscow to the war, Imran Khan said it was "shameful" as his trip was scheduled months in advance.
