Why is there controversy

 

It is worth noting that filmmaker Leena Manimekalai unveiled the poster of her documentary film Kaali on July 2. In this poster, a girl sitting in the look of Maa Kali was shown smoking a cigarette. Not only this but the flag of the LGBT community was also shown in this poster. After this, from the people of Hindu organizations to social media, protests are being held against this controversial poster of Kali.
