During the hearing, Mukul Rohatgi said in the court that I received a copy of NCB's reply on the bail plea this afternoon and I have filed a rejoinder. He defended Aryan saying, "He (Aryan Khan) was invited on the cruise as a special guest. He was invited by Prateek Gaba, who was an organizer. He invited Aryan and the accused Arbaaz Merchant. Both were invited by the same person. They both went on the cruise together."
Mukul Rohatgi said that it seems that NCB had some prior information that people were taking drugs on this cruise, so they were present there in large numbers. The allegation against him is that the accused Arbaaz Merchant had accompanied him on a cruise and is accused of possessing drugs.
