US President Joe Biden made a big announcement on Tuesday amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Biden said on Tuesday that the US would provide Ukraine with an "advanced rocket system" to strike "key targets". Meanwhile, a senior administration official said the United States will unveil its 11th security aid package for Ukraine on Wednesday (local time), which will include the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).
