Bengal Election 2021: Amidst the BJP-TMC claims of forming the government, now it is also being emphasized that the results will not be hung anywhere.

The electoral atmosphere in West Bengal is getting even hotter with each step. Who will win, whose government will be formed ... Neither the experts of the electoral multiplication or mathematics can estimate it nor the speculation. Since independence, a discussion is now taking place in the streets of Bengal, the Congress, the Left Front, and the Trinamool that has been in power for the last 10 years, so that the results do not constitute a hung assembly. The basis of this discussion is that the BJP is giving a tough fight in most of the seats in the remaining four phases where TMC was considered strong. In such a situation, the difference of yarn can also remove all parties from the magical figure of power. If this happens, the real political upsurge will be seen only after the election.

Friendship and hostility will be decided only after the election results

It is not that political parties are unaware of this situation. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee herself has appealed to the people in the election speech to vote as much as possible because the TMC seats were less than 200 (last time the Trinamool had got 211 seats), then the BJP will form a government by manipulating it. He refers to the change of power in Madhya Pradesh and the post-election political drama in Maharashtra. But Trinamool itself will not refrain from manipulations. Mamta may be cursing those who left TMC and went to BJP, but the queue of party managers is now saying that friendship and hostility will be decided only after the election results.

Four phases of elections are yet to be held in West Bengal. However, the picture in these stages may be somewhat different than in the previous steps. On one hand, TMC is engaged in taking advantage of the deaths of four people at the booth during the fourth day of polling. On the other hand, in the pretext of this incident, it is also trying to reunite the Muslim vote splitting. But another aspect of this effort is that the BJP gets the benefit of the polarization that results from it.

Now people are worried about Corona

Voting in the first two phases was above 80%, while in the third and fourth phases also the voting went above 75%. But now the voting percentage is expected to be less in the remaining 4 phases. Cases of corona infection are increasing in the state and its effect is beginning to be seen on the daily routine of the people. The number of walkers in the morning and evening in areas such as Kolkata's Racecourse, Park Street, and Horticulture Ground has now become negligible. If the pace of infection increases by the sixth-seventh phase, it will be difficult for people to leave the house to vote.

However, people not voting for the falls can increase the voting. In this, whose muscle power has gone, he can get ahead. The comment of an observer who came to hold elections here is also very important for the assessment of the atmosphere. He jokingly said that here the Bengal Police is working for TMC and the central paramilitary force seems to be working for the BJP.

Eventually, the mind comes out

This uncertainty of the atmosphere is also reflected in the interaction with the common people. You will find supporters of both BJP and Trinamool in every region. Although in the first conversation nobody says anything against the Trinamool, if things get prolonged, then the matter of mind comes out. Gautam Chandra, 65, of Nona Chandrapukur of Barrackpore Assembly constituency, says - In the politics of 50 years, the common people have got nothing here. The BJP, which is competing with TMC, should also take a test. While Gopal Sahu, who lives near Gandhi Ghat in the same area, says that Mamata Banerjee, who cares for the poor, should return to power.

Ashish Sengupta, who lives in Netaji Colony of Badanagar in Kolkata, says that there was no face against Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha elections, so he got support in Bengal like the whole country. But there is no face against Mamata Banerjee in the assembly elections, so she is outnumbered.
