Waves 2025: Shahrukh Khan impressed by PM Modi's initiative, praised it on social media

Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan was seen supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for the media and entertainment sector. He expressed his excitement on social media about the upcoming World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit 2025 (WAVES).

 

Shahrukh praised PM Modi.

 

Shahrukh praised PM Modi's initiative on his X account. Tagging PM Modi, he wrote in his post, "I am eagerly waiting for the WAVES - Film and Entertainment World Summit to be held in my country. This is a celebration for our industry, which will make us aware of the contribution of the film industry to the Indian economy. Above all, it is an occasion that will promote creativity.

 

Waves 2025 Summit will be held from February 5 to February 9. Sharing a video from his official handle, PM Modi wrote, "India is proud of its film and entertainment industry. It drives our economy forward. It strengthens our soft power."

 

Creative people from all over the world will reach the summit.

 

He also said that the giants of the media and entertainment industry and people from the creative world will come to India at this summit. This summit is an important step towards making India a hub of global content creation."

 

These stars also praised the Prime Minister.

 

Many stars including actors Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Dutt have praised this initiative of PM Modi. Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chairman and famous lyricist Prasoon Joshi also reacted to this. He said that this summit will shed light on India's content industry and its huge possibilities.
