Big relief to Mukhtar Ansari in fake arms license case, bail granted from Mau's court

Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari is relieved from Mau's court for the second consecutive day. On Friday, the District Judge's court granted Mukhtar Ansari bail in the case of a fake arms license. However, Mukhtar will have to remain in jail even after this bail.

 

There was a heated debate in the prosecution and defense for half an hour on Mukhtar's bail. During this time, District Judge Shankar Lal accepted Mukhtar's bail application against the Sadar MLA for not finding evidence of any contamination and conspiracy. Ansari was ordered released on furnishing two bond bonds of one lakh each and a bond of the same amount. He also ordered the accused not to influence the evidence in the case, not to leave the country without the permission of the court and the disposal of the case.

 

It is alleged that on the letter pad of Mukhtar Ansari the arms license of four people Israel Ansari, Anwar Sahajad, Salim, and Shah Alam were recommended. On January 5, 2020, a case was registered at Dakshinatola police station after their addresses were found to be fake in the case. Mukhtar Ansari was also accused of this. On this, a hearing was held in the District Judge's court on Friday.

 

On behalf of defense lawyer Daroga Singh, the case said that Sadar MLA Mukhtar Ansari had recommended the names of four persons on his letter pad. While his entire address was verified by the Tatkal police station in charge of South Tola JK Singh and Lekhpal Kailash Singh. On this, DM was issued an arms license to four people after complete satisfaction.

 

Kei has no other role than recommended by Mukhtar Ansari in this episode. He also argued that the bail application of the accused in the case Lekhpal Kailash Singh, Police Station JK Singh has already been approved. The cases which have been given against accused Mukhtar. Most of them are defect-free. The final report has come in some. All the wrong cases under political malice are marked.

 

The district judge heard the arguments of the prosecution lawyer and Daroga Singh from the defense. No charge of conspiracy and conspiracy was found against Sadar MLA Mukhtar after observing the charge sheet presented in the case. The district judge ordered the accused Mukhtar Ansari to be released on production of a bond of one lakh and a bond of the same amount.

 

Earlier on Thursday, Mukhtar Ansari appeared in a case through video conferencing. After Mukhtar's appeal, the court ordered the Banda Jail Superintendent to allow Mukhtar's lawyer and family members to meet him as per the jail manual.
