
In the guise of the peasant movement, Nikita Jacob, an accused in the toolkit case of Propaganda against India, Greta Thunberg, has got a big relief from the Bombay High Court. In the FIR lodged by the Delhi Police, the sword of arrest on Nikita was hanging, but now she has been banned for three weeks. The Bombay High Court has granted transit advance bail to the accused Nikita Jacob in the toolkit case. The arrest of the Delhi Police in the case of Greta Thunberg sharing a toolkit related to farmers' demonstrations on Twitter was also hanging on Nikita Jacob, because of which Jacob filed a petition in the Bombay High Court.
The Bombay High Court has granted Jacob anticipatory bail for three weeks. However, Jacob had sought transit anticipatory bail for four weeks only. Not only this, but the Bombay High Court has also said that if Nikita Jacob's arrest happens, he can get relief on a bond of 25,000.
According to Delhi Police, Nikita Jacob is accused of preparing documents and being in direct contact with pro-Khalistan elements. Jacob on Monday requested a single bench of Bombay High Court Judge PD Naik to immediately hear the petition. Jacob had said in his petition that he was not aware that his name had come up as an accused or witness in the case.

Nikita Jacob is a lawyer by profession who fights in court for civil disputes. Her Twitter handle is currently locked, whose bio has "Advocate, Bombay High Court" written on it. Nikita Jacob is an activist raising social justice and environmental protection matters. She writes about herself on her website that she likes to stand up for right and wrong but inadvertently becomes a wrongdoer. She has also written that she can be easily influenced.
Nikita Jacob also describes herself as an aspiring writer and a singer. He is also an amateur photographer and cook. She further writes, 'I do not want to discriminate between classes. I can easily communicate and connect with people of any age and background. ' Nikita is a born Catholic and lives in Mumbai. While giving information about Disha Ravi, Delhi Police had mentioned her and Shantanu's name during a press conference on Sunday.
