What are the symptoms and how dangerous for humans?
Symptoms of bird flu are similar to the common flu, such as breathing problems, feeling of vomiting, fever, runny nose, muscles, lower abdomen, and headache.
In humans, the disease is caused by the very close proximity of chickens and infected birds. Its virus (avian influenza) is spread in humans through the eyes, nose, and mouth.
This virus is very dangerous and can even kill humans. Experts say that if the virus causes pneumonia in humans, then it becomes dangerous.
According to Senior Professor (Medicine) Dr. Raman Sharma, there is also a cure for it. The medicine given in swine flu also works on this. People need not be afraid.
