Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's budget speech started in Parliament at 11 am on Monday, which lasted from 12 noon to 50 minutes. In this way, she spoke for less than two hours. Nirmala Sitharaman spoke for two hours and 17 minutes in the budget presented for the financial year 2019-20.
