New Delhi: The central government has asked all its employees 45 years and above to get the Corona vaccine. The Central Government's advice has come at a time when there has been a huge boom in the Corona cases in the last few weeks in the country. Currently, vaccine doses are being given to people above 45 years of age in the country.

 

 

The order issued by the Ministry of Personnel said that the central employees have been suggested to follow the guidelines for prevention of Covid-19 even after vaccination, including frequent hand washing, sanitization, wearing mask or face cover and social Distance included.

 

 

It states that the government is closely monitoring the situation and all persons aged 45 years or above in the vaccination campaign, based on the strategy adopted to prioritize groups for vaccination to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Can participate.

 

 

In the order issued to all departments and ministries of the Central Government, it is said, "Because of the above, it is suggested to all central employees of the age of 45 years or more to get vaccinated to effectively prevent the spread of infection.

 

 

How many people have been vaccinated in the country so far?

 

 

In the last 24 hours in the country, more than 4.3 million people have been given the Corona vaccine, which is the highest in terms of doses given in a day. According to the health ministry's data till Tuesday, a total of 8 crore 31 lakh 10 thousand 926 doses of vaccines have been given so far. According to the ministry's data, till 7 am, a total of 43 lakh 966 doses of the vaccine were given on the 80th day of the vaccination campaign, of which 39 lakh 505 beneficiaries were given the first dose and 4 lakh 461 beneficiaries were given the second dose.

 

 

The ministry said, "It is the highest in terms of vaccines given in a day so far in the country." It said, “In another significant development, the total number of anti-Covid-19 vaccines in the country has crossed the figure of 8.31. The figure of the first dose has also crossed the figure of seven crores (7,22,77,309). "

 

 

According to the report till 7 am, 8 crore 31 lakh 10 thousand 926 vaccines were given through 12 lakh 83 thousand 816 sessions. These include 89 lakh 60 thousand 61 health workers who were given the first dose and 53 lakh 71 thousand 162 such health workers who were given the second dose. Apart from this, there are 97 lakh 28 thousand 713 personnel of the advance front who get the first dose and 42 lakh 64 thousand 691 workers who get the second dose.

 

 

Apart from this, the first dose was given to 3 crore 41 lakh 6 thousand 71 over 60 years of age and the second dose was given to 8 lakh 12 thousand 237, while 1 crore 94 lakh 82 thousand 464 beneficiaries above 45 years of age were given the first and 3 lakh 85 thousand. 527 beneficiaries were given the second dose. Of the total vaccines imposed so far, 60 percent of the doses have been given in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Kerala.

 

 

According to the data, out of a total of 8 crore 31 lakh 10 thousand 926 vaccines in the country, a maximum of 81 lakh 27 thousand 248 doses have been given in Maharashtra. After this, 76 lakh 89 thousand 507 vaccines have been installed in Gujarat, 72 lakh 99 thousand 305 in Rajasthan, 71 lakh 98 thousand 372 in Uttar Pradesh, and 65 lakh 41 thousand 370 vaccines in West Bengal.

 

 

The ministry said that investigations conducted to confirm Covid in the country have crossed the 25 crore mark and the overall rate of infection has increased marginally to 5.07 percent. Every day the cases that are coming up in India are increasing continuously. A total of 96 thousand 982 cases were registered in one day on Tuesday.
