Forbes has released the annual list of the World's Best Employers 2021. Globally, 750 multinationals and large companies of the world have been included, in which Reliance is at number 52. Other Indian companies that made it to the top 100 are ICICI Bank (65th), HDFC Bank (77th), and HCL Technologies at 90th.

It is important to achieve this feat during the worst of times during the COVID pandemic. At the time of Covid, when businesses were at a standstill, jobs were being lost, in such a bad phase, Reliance ensured that no employee's salary is cut. He could work without worrying about the job. Also, his medical needs and the vaccination of his family were also taken care of. Reliance also ensured that the future of the dependents of the employees who were unfortunately left behind due to Corona is financially secure.

South Korea's Samsung has won the title of being the best employer in the world. The second to seventh place is occupied by American companies. This includes companies like IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Alphabet, and Dell Technologies. It is followed by Huawei at number 8, which is the only Chinese company included in the first 10. American's Adobe is at number 9 and BMW Group of Germany is at 10th.

In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes has compiled its annual list of the world's best employers. To determine the ranking, Statista surveyed 150,000 employees from 58 countries working in multinational companies and institutions. To be included in the list, companies have to go through many parameters. In this, the quality of experiences of the employees and their evaluation of the company, and their opinion about other companies in the same sector is known. Only those companies that qualify in this get this title.

Reliance's policies for employees and the work culture of the company have received many recognitions in the past as well. Recently, the company got the status of 'Great Place to Work Institute'. To ensure that the employees are the best in their professional work, the company constantly helps the employees. She has been a part of LinkedIn's top companies list for her outstanding work. The company and its various businesses have also won several HR Excellence Awards in 2020-21.
