A memorandum was submitted to the meeting held in Brussels on 8 and 9 December on Human Rights Day. In this, the massacres happening around the world were criticized. It was written in the memorandum that the whole world noticed the massacre in Bangladesh at that time but it was soon forgotten. So far nothing has been done to punish those guilty.
