Eastern Army Commander Lt Gen Manoj Pandey has given this information.

General Pandey said that in the last few days, the speed and timing of Chinese military exercises have increased. In such a situation, the Indian Army is ready to deal with any situation and there is a very high level of preparation for it.

General Pandey, who is looking after the preparations of the Indian Army on the 1300 km border with China, told that the Army's Mountain Strike Corps has started functioning fully. This corps has also done integrated training and all its units are fully prepared.

Indian Army will be strong on the China-Pakistan border

He informed that Integrated Battle Groups (IBGs) have been approved for modernization of the army. These groups can move faster and more effectively. These include soldiers, artillery, air defense, tanks, and logistics units. This will increase the combat capabilities of the Indian Army on the China and Pakistan border.

General Pandey says that equipment is being increased in the eastern region to match China. Along with this, the idea of ​​​​buying over-the-counter drone technology is also going on. At the same time, emphasis is also being laid on building new logistics stores to increase the capabilities of the army in the forward areas.

Last month there was a clash in Arunachal Pradesh

Last month, Indian soldiers clashed with Chinese soldiers in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. According to media reports, 200 Chinese soldiers had entered the Indian border from Tibet on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh, which was driven away by Indian soldiers.

China has been infiltrating Arunachal

About 9 months ago, a media report claimed that China has settled a village in Arunachal, four and a half kilometers from the Indian border. More than 100 houses have been built in it. This village is situated on the banks of river Sari Chu in the Subansiri district. This is the area near the Line of Actual Control. Its pictures were released by the US-based imaging company Planet Labs.

100 Chinese soldiers had entered Uttarakhand in August

Recently, there was news that 100 Chinese soldiers had infiltrated the Barahoti sector of Uttarakhand on 30 August and returned after staying there for 3 hours. According to media reports, Chinese soldiers on horseback entered the Indian border and ransacked a bridge before returning. Let us tell you that Barahoti in the same area in which China had infiltrated even before the 1962 war.
