Communal violence: Hindu community forced to migrate in Rajasthan, 'Property for sale' board put up outside houses and shops

There were incidents of violence, stone-pelting, and arson in many states of the country on Ram Navami and Nav Samvatsar. Communal tension was witnessed in isolated areas of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Bihar, Karnataka, and Chhattisgarh. Many people were also injured in these incidents. Strict action by the police is going on in the cases of violence in the states. So far many people have been arrested from Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and other states. Apart from this, the houses and shops of the accused involved in the violence in MP have also been demolished.

 

Jaipur: The situation is tense after stone-pelting at a bike rally of Hindu organizations in Karauli, Rajasthan on Nav Samvatsar (April 2). Meanwhile, Hindus from Muslim-dominated areas are migrating to other places by selling their houses and shops. Two houses and some shops have been occupied by a certain section of people. At the same time, in many places, Hindus have put up 'property for sale' boards outside houses and shops. A senior IPS officer said that in the last one week people have either left their homes and shops and started living elsewhere in Karauli itself or have moved to other places by locking them. Efforts are being made to bring these people back. Those who migrated include people from Jatav, Khatik, Dhobi, and Kumawat communities. BJP Yuva Morcha National President Tejashwi Surya and State BJP President Satish Poonia will go to Karauli on Wednesday.

 

Minister said, there was no escape

 

In the state government, Panchayati Raj Minister Ramesh Meena said that this rumor is being spread, saying that the matter of migration is wrong. Hindus have not migrated. At the same time, BJP Rajya Sabha member Kirori Lal Meena has submitted a list of 195 such people who have migrated so far. On the other hand, on Tuesday, the 10th day of the riot, relief was given in the curfew from 9 am to 6 pm.

 

Tension in Jharkhand is not taking its name to stop

 

The communal violence and tension that erupted after stone-pelting in the Ram Navami procession in Hirahi village of Lohardaga, Jharkhand on the evening of 10 April are not taking its name. After a dozen vehicles and three houses were set ablaze on the night of Ram Navami, even after the police administration's elaborate security arrangements, the miscreants had set fire to a hut hotel in Hesal village on late Monday night, while on Tuesday night the city's There was stone pelting again in Amlatoli Buchan street. After this, tension prevailed again in the area. As a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of rumors, the administration on Tuesday constituted an SIT to probe the entire matter after internet service was suspended in the district since midnight on the eve of Ram Navami. Several police officers including three DSPs have been included in this. However, while police patrolling has increased in the respective areas, the situation is also being monitored by drones. Here, political agitation has intensified in the area regarding the incident.

 

Action on miscreants in MP, 95 arrested

 

After the incidents of stone-pelting and arson during the procession on Ramnavami in Khargone, MP, the administration's action continued on Tuesday. The administration team operated a bulldozer (backhoe loader) at the Best Bakery, which was encroached upon in Karim Nagar. In the evening, the action was also taken on the four-story hotel of Congress leader and former councilor Aleem Sheikh at the bus stand. The police have so far arrested 95 miscreants. Of these, 83 were sent to jail. Six minor delinquents were produced in the court. No relaxation has been given in the curfew imposed in the city. Let us inform you that on April 10, preparations were going on for a procession from Talab Chowk in the city on Ram Navami. During this, as soon as the DJ started playing, stone pelting started on the procession. This was followed by stone-pelting at many places in the city till the next morning. Arson was done at more than 25 places. At the same time, after the video of the girl pelting stones during the procession in Sendhwa, Barwani, the police administration also demolished her house. The girl's name is being told as Sabiya.
