The ruckus in Punjab Congress has now increased to such an extent that now Captain Amarinder Singh's CM chair seems to be going away. According to sources, the Congress high command has demanded the resignation of Captain. Apart from this, a new leader has been ordered to be elected in the meeting of the legislature party to be held in the evening. As soon as he came to know about this, the Captain now spoke to senior Congress leader Kamal Nath and MP Manish Tewari. If sources are to be believed, the Captain has asked to end the entire discord today. The Captain has also threatened that if he is removed from the post of CM, then he will also leave the party. He has asked to convey this message to the party high command. Earlier, Sidhu's strategic advisor Muhammad Mustafa has given a big statement about the opportunity to select Congress CM after four and a half years.

Now the big question has become whether Captain Amarinder Singh will resign for an honorable farewell or will he face a no-confidence motion in the legislature party meeting itself. The Captain has called a meeting of his camp at around 2 pm and has asked the MLAs to come there. However, the MLAs of his camp have started shunning him. Rajkumar Verka, a close aide of the Captain, said that he would go to the CLP meeting only in the evening.

Earlier, after the letter of 40 MLAs unhappy with the Captain, the Congress High Command took a big decision. The high command has called a meeting of the legislature party at Punjab Congress Bhawan, Chandigarh at 5 pm today. Earlier, Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Rawat had met Sonia Gandhi. After which Rawat has given information about the meeting of the legislature party on social media on Friday midnight. Ajay Maken and Harish Chaudhary will also be present in this meeting as central observers and will prepare a complete report and send it to the high command.

Meanwhile, former DGP Muhammad Mustafa, Strategic Advisor to State Congress President Navjot Sidhu, said through a tweet that Punjab MLAs have a chance to select Congress CM after 4 and a half years. He denied Captain Amarinder Singh being a Congressman. Mustafa said that in 2017 Punjab gave 80 MLAs to Congress. Despite this, the Congressmen did not get the Congress CM to date. Mustafa even said that in about four and a half years, the captain did not understand the pain of Punjab and Punjabiyat by heart. Mustafa said that 79 out of 80 MLAs (except the captain) have a chance to get respect and celebrate.

On behalf of the Punjab Congress, President Navjot Sidhu has also tweeted about the Legislature Party meeting. At the same time, his close organization General Secretary MLA Pargat Singh said that this meeting has been called to discuss the internal policies of the party. Everyone has their point of view and it should be heard in the legislature party meeting. What's the problem with that?

Preparation of no-confidence motion against Capt.

It is being told that the meeting of the Congress Legislature Party is about the 18-point formula of the High Command, but seeing the stand of the rebels, it is clear that through this there is a preparation to bring a no-confidence motion against the Captain. Harish Rawat was also being questioned by the rebel group, in such a situation two central observers are being sent for today's meeting so that later no one gets a chance to raise questions.

Captain called his close MLA

As soon as the Congress Legislature Party meeting was called, Captain Amarinder Singh has also called his close MLAs for a meeting at Siswan Farm House. It is believed that the Captain is working on making a strategy that if the rebel group brings a no-confidence motion, then how to deal with it.

There are elections next year, so there will be an effort to end the dispute.

The tussle in the Congress had increased since Navjot Sidhu was made the President of Punjab Congress. In particular, the opposition faction of Captain has opened a front for the second time, while the assembly elections are to be held next year. In such a situation, Congress would like that this matter should be resolved at the earliest. However, every bet of revolt against the Captain has failed so far. In such a situation, now the Sidhu camp will put full emphasis that in today's meeting itself, a decision should be taken to remove the captain from the chair.

The big question - who will get the command if the captain is removed?

If the rebel group was heavy on Captain Amarinder Singh and he had to give up the chair, then the big question before the Punjab Congress would be who should be handed over the command. Although Sukhjinder Randhawa, who is leading the rebel group, also aspires to become the CM, doing so will anger the MLAs of the Captain Group.

Apart from this, there is a demand on social media to make Navjot Sidhu the CM, although he is already the head of the organization. Then there will be the displeasure of the Captain Group about them.

In Punjab, at present, both the Chief Minister and the party head (Sidhu) are Sikh faces. This has disturbed the political mathematics of the harmony of Hindus and Sikhs. In such a situation, there is a discussion whether a Hindu face can be given the chair of CM for 5 months? In such a situation, the name of Sunil Jakhar is coming to the fore.

Former Pradhan Lal Singh has also remained close to the Captain these days. On the other hand, MP Pratap Singh Bajwa is also trying to get the chair for a long time. Apart from these, eyes are also fixed on Rajinder Kaur Bhattal who has already been the CM.
