Coronavirus Updates: Corona cases decreasing continuously in the country, 7,591 new cases came in 24 hours; fewer active patients

There is a steady decrease in the cases of Coronavirus in India. This is the third consecutive day in the country when less than 10 thousand cases of corona have been reported. The Ministry of Health has issued an update regarding Corona. According to the report of the ministry, 7,591 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country.

The ministry said that 9,206 people have also been cured of the corona during this period. Now the active cases in the country have come down to 84,931. Yesterday i.e. on August 28, active cases were 86,591. So far, a total of 4 lakh 38 thousand 2 thousand 993 people have been cured. Apart from this, a total of 5 lakh 27 thousand 799 people have also died. Let us inform you that 4 crores 44 lakh 15 thousand 723 cases of corona have been reported across the country.

The ministry said that active cases are 0.19 percent of the total cases. While the recovery rate is 98.62 percent. The daily positivity rate is now 4.58 percent. At the same time, the weekly positivity rate has gone up to 2.69 percent. So far 88.52 crore tests of corona have been done in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 65 thousand 751 tests were done.
