Congress renominates five Delhi MPs

New Delhi, Mar 1 Mar 18 (IANS) The Congress Tuesday fielded five of its sitting MPs from Delhi as it released its third list of its candidates for Lok Sabha polls.

Except South Delhi and West Delhi, the party announced candidates for five constituencies, renominating the present members.

Ajay Maken will contest from New Delhi seat, while union ministers Kapil Sibal and Krishna Tirath will be the candidates from Chandni Chowk and Delhi North West respectively.

Former state unit president Jai Prakash Agarwal will fight from Delhi North East, while Sandeep Dikshit, the son of former chief minister, will again contest from East Delhi.
