In the US, the Indian Business Association took out a parade in New Jersey on India's Independence Day. This included a bulldozer. Social groups in the US considered it a symbol of hate crime and called for an investigation by the FBI. These groups have also demanded the cancellation of the visa of BJP's Sambit Patra, who presided over the parade.

The Indian-American Muslim Council said representatives of several groups have met with the US Attorney General and the New Jersey State Attorney General. Sam Joshi, the Hindu Mayor of Edison City, who attended the rally, has condemned the entire incident. He said- 'The bulldozer is a symbol of division. There is no place in our city for a such hate crime.

Islin Mayor John McMorack was in the parade. They are also calling this development unfortunate. The Indian American Muslim Council said- 'Mayor John McMorack and Mayor Sam Joshi have recognized the divisive. They will set an example of action.” At the same time, the organizers of the parade have refused to comment.

Just as there was a rope to scare the blacks, so did the bulldozers for the Muslims.

Jelly Thomas, a social worker associated with the 'Black Lives Matter movement in America, said - 'Just as blacks were once tied to trees in America and the rope became a symbol of intimidation of blacks, in the same way, the bulldozer is a symbol of intimidation of minorities.
