State Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya reached Vakalatkhana on Friday and sought the cooperation of advocates in PM Modi's road show. He said that in the last two years, 13 crore people had darshan of Ramlala.

 

In the coming days, this number will increase rapidly due to people coming from abroad. On December 25, more people came to Kashi and Ayodhya than to Goa. He also appealed to win the 2024 elections with an overwhelming majority under the leadership of PM Modi.

 

In the felicitation ceremony organized under the auspices of the Bar Association, Keshav Prasad Maurya was welcomed with a 50 kg garland, Ramlala's picture and Ramnami were also presented.

 

Under the leadership of Chairman Parasnath Pandey and Minister Vipin Mishra, a five-point memorandum was given to the Deputy Chief Minister. The memorandum includes demands for the construction of chambers, renovation of sheds, inclusion of advocates in Ayushman Yojana, equipping the court with solar energy, providing ambulances, and arranging group housing for advocates.

 

BJP leader Inderpratap Tiwari alias Khabbu, Elders Committee President Krishnakumar Pandey, KN Singh, Pawan Tiwari, Munna Singh, Ashok Singh Munna, Awadh Province BJP Law Cell convener Piyush Ranjan, Dhanushji Srivastava, Kshitij Mishra, Arvind Kaul, Virendra were present in the program. Sharma, Ram Shankar Tiwari, Vijay Dwivedi, and others were present. Despite the winter vacation, the venue of the event, Acharya Narendradev Auditorium of Vakalatkhana, was packed.

 

In his address, the Deputy Chief Minister made special mention of coming to Ayodhya as the state BJP president for the 2017 assembly elections. In this election, there was full support from the lawyers and there was a massive victory on 325 seats. He mentioned the road show to be held by Prime Minister Modi on Saturday.

 

Regarding Ayodhya Dham railway station, he said that if Modi is there then it is possible. Regarding the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla's idol, he took a jibe at the opposition parties that they will only look for shortcomings, those who want to come will come. He said that he has been engaged in the cleanliness campaign of Ayodhya for five days, which is the priority of PM Modi.
