Covid-19 in India: The faster the cases of corona in the country had increased, the faster they are now declining. According to the data updated on Wednesday by the Union Health Ministry, the number of infected patients so far has increased to 1,935, which is 0.01% of the total cases. The ministry said that the daily positivity rate of Corona has been recorded at 0.05% while the weekly positivity rate has been estimated at 0.7%.

The number of people recovering from corona has increased to 4,41,52,560, while the death rate has been recorded at 1.19 percent. According to the website of the ministry, 220.63 crore doses of the Covid vaccine have been given so far in the country under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
