Corona virus can also infect through the air, strong evidence found in the study of Lancet magazine

Colorado, ANI. A study published in the prestigious medical journal Lancet on Friday said that there is enough evidence that the SARS-COV-2 virus spreads through the air. The corona infection is caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus. Six experts from the UK, US, and Canada say that this is the reason why the public health system is failing to cure the virus. People become vulnerable to the coronavirus mainly due to the spread of air. The experts who have produced this report include the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Science and the University of Colorado Boulder chemist Jose-Luis Jimenez.

He said that the evidence of the spread of the coronavirus through the air is very high. On the other hand, there is little evidence of propagation through large droplets. He said that the World Health Organization and other public health agencies should accept our explanation soon so that the spread of the virus through the air can be reduced. Researchers say that while measures like washing hands and keeping the surface clean are no less important, the principle of airborne infection should be given more importance. According to this, movement through the breath of infected particles increases the risk of a person becoming ill.

Conclusions are drawn on this basis

- In one case 53 people were infected with one person. The study showed that they did not have close contact. Nor did the infection spread by touching the surface or objects.

The spread of SARS-COV-2 is much more in the closed room than outside. But if there is air movement in a closed room, the spread of the virus decreases.

- Corona patients who do not have symptoms of infection and who do not have cough or cold are responsible for 40 percent of the total infection.
