North Korea said on Thursday that four new cases of fever have been reported in one of its provinces bordering China, it may be a coronavirus infection. Whereas just two weeks ago, dictator Kim Jong Un declared victory over Corona across the country.

Here the state-run Korean Central News Agency said that health workers in Ryanggang province are conducting genetic testing of samples taken from four patients suffering from fever to confirm whether it is the coronavirus or not. It is known that people in North Korea also call Corona a Malignant Virus.

A lockdown has been imposed in the area of Reanggang from where these fever cases have been reported so that strict restrictions can be implemented and people do not face any problem in staying in Quarantine. This will continue till the health worker finds out the reason for falling ill.

KCNA said, 'Health officials are paying more attention to whether the cause of fever is not a corona epidemic. The report said North Korea has sent experts with a better understanding of the epidemiology, virology, and testing from its emergency anti-virus headquarters to the area so that people suffering from fever can come in contact with others. People can be traced, people coming and going from here can be monitored and they can be kept under strict medical supervision.

It is to be known that North Korea had announced that not a single case of the corona has been reported from its place since August 10. Because of this, Kim had also announced to have won over Corona. Along with this, corona-related restrictions have been relaxed here.
