According to media reports, the Dalai Lama had gone to Chandigarh to participate in a Buddhist program where he kissed a child, after which his video has gone viral on social media. A user Deepika Pushkar Nath wrote on social media that this is indecent and no one should justify this behavior of the Dalai Lama.
