Meanwhile, President Tayyip Erdogan is facing criticism over the government's slow rescue and relief efforts. Explain that in the name of dealing with the earthquake and other natural calamities, the government in Turkey collects a 'Special Communication Tax'. Meanwhile, for the fourth day, rescuers continued to search for life buried under the pile of rubble and pulled out several survivors from the rubble of collapsed buildings. Above all, a large number of people are still forced to live under the open sky in earthquake-affected areas. These people are battling with temperatures hovering around zero and hunger. In Turkey, thousands of people gathered near a relief camp, demanding food and water in the bone-chilling cold.

The woman pulled alive from debris after 72 hours

In Diyarbakır, east of Antakya, rescuers pulled an injured woman alive after nearly 72 hours from a collapsed building in the morning. However, three other people accompanying the woman were found dead in the debris. In Antakya itself, a woman, Serp Arslan, was looking with moist eyes at the rubble of the building under which her mother and brother were buried. The work of removing the huge amount of debris here has now started. Meanwhile, a United Nations aid truck arrived in rebel-held northwestern Syria on Thursday morning.
