
Indonesian Minister Mohammad Mahfud met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday. The meeting took place at the India Islamic Cultural Center on Tuesday. Mehfud, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs is on a three-day visit to India at the invitation of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
The Indonesian minister is accompanied by a 24-member delegation, including Ulema and other religious leaders. The Indonesian delegation discussed various topics with their Indian counterparts here at the India Islamic Cultural Centre. Mahfud also met External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar during the day. The Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement that the Indonesian delegation would travel to Agra in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
