Telangana CM K.K. Chandrasekhar Rao's daughter Kavita Chandrasekhar has been summoned by the CBI on Tuesday. Responding to this, Kavita has written a letter to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). It has been said that she will not be able to appear on this day.

Kavitha is the MLC of the ruling TRS in Telangana. The CBI wants to interrogate him in the liquor scam in Delhi. Kavita says that her name is not included in any FIR related to the scam. She will not be able to appear for questioning on 6 December. Programs are already fixed. Fix some other date for this. In a letter to the CBI, Kavita said, "I am a law-abiding citizen and will cooperate with the investigation." I can appear for questioning on any of 11, 12, 14, or 15 December.

subpoenaed as a witness

The CBI had summoned Kavita Chandrasekhar as a witness. Soon after receiving the summons, Kavita wrote a letter to the CBI asking for the documents of the first case. In the letter, Kavita requested the CBI to provide me with the documents of the case at the earliest so that I could acquaint myself with the matter and respond at an appropriate time. I can appear in Hyderabad after I get the documents.

Direction to appear in Hyderabad or Delhi

In the summons sent on December 2, the CBI said that some facts have emerged in the investigation of the liquor scam, and it is necessary to inform Kavita about them and examine them. In the notice, CBI had asked Kavita to appear either in its office in Hyderabad or Delhi. Seven accused have been named in the charge sheet of the liquor scam. These include AAP's communication head and close aide of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Vijay Nair, and Hyderabad-based businessman Abhishek Boinapalli.
