Amidst the biting cold, several areas of Delhi-NCR are experiencing rain, which has completely changed the weather pattern. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) had already issued a warning about the change in Delhi's weather and had issued a yellow alert for rain on January 27. Tuesday morning was marked by fog and mist. The strong, icy winds added to the chill.

Meanwhile, Delhi's air quality has once again reached alarming levels.
