In response, Delhi Government Standing Counsel Rahul Mehra told the bench that on May 2, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has conveyed the defense minister Rajnath Singh regarding the help of the army. He also read the letter written in this regard. Senior advocate Krishnan Venugopal also suggested to the bench regarding seeking help from the army.
