During the Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress, a strange situation arose on Wednesday night when a different song started playing instead of the national anthem. The incident took place after Rahul Gandhi concluded his speech in Maharashtra's Washim on Wednesday night and announced that there would now be the 'national anthem'. The people on stage stood at attention. But when an unknown song started playing, the Congress leaders started looking around in surprise.

 

Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole called the person in charge of the music and called it off. After this, the national anthem was played. After this many of its videos went viral on social media.

Let us tell you that Lilabai Chitale (93), who participated in the Quit India Movement of 1942, briefly joined Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra on Thursday. Senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh tweeted a video message of Chitale, who joined the Congress's padayatra at Wadegaon in Balapur tehsil of Maharashtra's Akola district. Ramesh said in a tweet, "She wants the yatra to be focused on saving the Constitution." In the video message, Chitale said, 'I was twelve years old on 9 August 1942. Mahatma Gandhi gave the slogan 'Do or Die'. And two of my friends were caught raising slogans against the British near the college.
