The date of expansion of the cabinet of Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis government in Maharashtra has been fixed. According to sources, this program will be held on July 20. Till now there was discussion that cabinet expansion could happen on July 17 or 19. But a new date has been fixed apart from all the speculations. According to the information, in the first phase, ten to twelve people will be administered the oath of office. It is worth noting that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were the targets of the opposition for not being able to decide the cabinet so far.
Cabinet expansion plan in two phases
It is said that this cabinet expansion of Eknath Shinde and Fadnavis's government will be done in two phases. In this, the swearing-in of the first phase will be before the monsoon session. According to the information, during this time six MLAs from the BJP and about the same number of MLAs from the Shinde faction can take oath as ministers. BJP state president Chandrakant Patil and veteran leader Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil can take oath as cabinet ministers in the first phase. At the same time, it will be seen who from the Shinde group joins this list.
so the 20th date chosen
July 17 or 19 was speculated for the cabinet expansion of the Shinde government. But since the election for the presidency will be held on the 18th of July. Then all the MLAs will have to come to Mumbai. Hence this date has been fixed so that the MLAs do not have to come to Mumbai from the constituency again and again.
