G20: 'Waiting to visit India', US President said about the G20 conference, but is disappointed by this

US President Joe Biden has said that he is looking forward to visiting India to attend the G20 summit. Joe Biden will visit India on September 7. Where on September 8, he will participate in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Modi. After this, on 9 and 10 September, he will participate in the G20 summit.

 

Joe Biden said – waiting to visit India

Journalists had asked him questions about Joe Biden's visit to India. In response to this question, Joe Biden said that he is looking forward to visiting India, but I am disappointed that Chinese President Xi Jinping is not attending the conference being organized in New Delhi. Let us tell you that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping are not coming to India to attend the G20 summit to be held in India.

 

 

Still waiting for written confirmation

Muktesh Pardeshi, Special Secretary of the G20 Leaders' Summit, said that written confirmation is still awaited regarding Chinese President Xi's participation in the summit. Let us tell you that in some reports it is being said that Xi Jinping is not coming to Delhi and in his place, Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang will come to India. On this, Muktesh Pardeshi said, 'We have seen these reports in newspapers but we work only based on written confirmation. We have not received it yet, until it is confirmed he will not be able to say anything about it.

 

These big leaders will be included

Let us tell you that in the summit to be held in New Delhi, US President Joe Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron, Australian PM Anthony Albanese, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Brazilian President Luiz Other leaders including Inacio Lula de Silva will participate. At the summit on September 10, Prime Minister Modi will hand over the presidency of G20 to Brazil.

How important the G20 group is can be gauged from the fact that G20 countries account for 85 percent of the world's total GDP. 75 percent of global trade and two-thirds of the world's population live in the G20 countries. The G20 includes Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, Britain, the US and the European Union.
