In this direction, in the last week of November, a draft has been prepared to improve the immigration rules for skilled workers from other countries including India.
The draft law reduces the minimum eight-year residency requirement in Germany to five years for immigrants to be granted citizenship. Immigrants are happy with the new draft law reforming visa rules. Of these, 1.6 million were from EU countries. This means about 3 lakh people came from outside Europe. The people of India were in first place among them. The new law makes it easier to hold dual citizenship in Germany. In such a situation, there will be a good opportunity for IT-skilled Indians.
