The number of youths enlisting in the US military is steadily decreasing. The army is facing competition from private companies to recruit youth. Private companies are wooing the youth by offering higher salaries and bonuses. In response to this, the army is giving preferred postings to the recruited youth. Youth can go on posting outside in 45 days. He is being given 35 thousand dollars in bonus. Tattooed youth can join the army with the change in tattoo policy.
