At the same time, Lav Agarwal said that passengers coming from risky countries will have to undergo an RT-PCR test on arrival in India. If their report comes positive, they will be treated as per the existing protocol. If found negative then they will have to stay in home quarantine for 7 days. He said that whatever decisions are to be taken in the future, all those decisions should be taken only after the scientific facts come to the fore.
