
India and China are likely to hold the 14th round of Corps Commander talks in the second half of December to resolve the ongoing standoff along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China. According to a report by the news agency, government sources said that it is likely that the talks will take place only after the second half of December, ie the 15th.
Sources said that this time would be suitable for India as the security forces would be busy with the programs being held till December 16 as part of the golden jubilee celebrations of Pakistan's crushing defeat in the 1971 war. Talks are going on between India and China to resolve the dispute. There have been 13 rounds of talks so far along the Line of Actual Control in the eastern Ladakh region to resolve the standoff.
