Sharad Pawar: Opposition unity uneasy with Ajit and Sharad Pawar's meeting, is Congress making Plan B?

Recently Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar met in Pune. After this meeting, a round of discussions started in the politics of the state. The opposition alliance is also keeping an eye on this. This is the reason that when the upcoming meeting of the opposition alliance will be held in Mumbai, the Congress high command may hold talks with Sharad Pawar on this issue. Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole has given this information. Let us inform you that Ajit Pawar's camp in NCP has tied up with BJP in Maharashtra. Sharad Pawar, on the other hand, is part of the opposition unity against the BJP.

 

Congress high command will talk to Sharad Pawar

The core committee meeting of the Maharashtra Congress was held on Wednesday. Talking to the media after this meeting, Nana Patole said that there is no doubt in his party about senior Pawar but there is confusion among the people. Sharad Pawar is a different party and there is no question in the Congress party about his dedication to the opposition alliance. Sharad Pawar is capable of taking his own decisions and the high command of our party will also discuss with him during the meeting of the opposition alliance.

 

 

Plan B discussions

Nana Patole said that two representatives of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also attended the Maharashtra Congress Core Committee meeting. In this meeting, the preparations for the forthcoming meeting of the opposition alliance INDIA to be held in Mumbai on August 31 and September 1 were discussed. According to media reports, there is resentment in Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) over Sharad Pawar's meeting with Ajit Pawar and there are also talks that Shiv Sena (UBT) and Congress will join forces under Plan B if NCP allies with BJP. Can contest the Lok Sabha elections. However, Nana Patole dismissed the discussions of Plan B. He said that the Congress aims to defeat the BJP and it will bring together those parties which will help the party in achieving this goal.

 

Sharad Pawar met Ajit Pawar on August 12
