There will hardly be anyone who does not like golgappas. I find golgappas from roadside handcarts tastier than the golgappas found in big restaurants and hotels. If you also eat golgappas daily on the handcart, then be alert today.
The sale of golgappas has been banned in Lalitpur of Kathmandu Valley of Nepal. Cases of cholera have increased in the Valley. The Lalitpur Metropolitan City (LMC) has claimed that the water used in Golgappa had cholera bacteria.
If so, then everyone in India should also be alert.
Question- Why does the tasty water of Golgappa make you sick?
Answer- First of all, see from where the roadside golgappa sellers are getting water? Also, try to know where that water is being stored. Also, whether the vessel in which they are preparing water, is clean or not. We ignore these three things before the test. It is our fault that makes us sick.
Question- How harmful is the sourness of Golgappa water?
Answer- Generally things like raw and dried mango, tamarind, and lemon are used to make water sour. Mango is not available in every season and lemon is also expensive. In such a situation, acids like Hydrochloric Acid, Sulfuric Acid, Tartaric Acid, and Oxalic Acid are used to make the water of Golgappa sour.
Apart from this, artificial color is also being mixed indiscriminately instead of mint and coriander to make the water green and beautiful.
Due to these acids and artificial colors, golgappas act like slow poison.
Question- Can eating golgappa cause blood pressure problems?
Answer more salt is added to the water of Golgappa. It works to increase blood pressure. Along with this, the quality of the oil in which it is fried is also not good. Many times, the vendors fry the golgappas in the remaining oil only. In such a situation, there is a bad effect on health.
