A review meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday to assess the feasibility of the test.

IIT Kanpur Takes Over Artificial Rain in Delhi
It is noteworthy that IIT Kanpur is responsible for the artificial rain test in Delhi. Officials said that preparations for the much-awaited artificial rain trial in Delhi are now complete. Just last week, a test flight was also conducted over Burari.

Suitable cloud formation is likely between October 28 and 30

However, due to adverse weather and monsoon conditions, the exercise has been postponed several times, including in late May, early June, August, September, and most recently, the second week of October.
