By around 11:30 AM, the number of reports had fallen to roughly 350, indicating that the disruption was easing for many users.

The disruption was also reported by users in the United States. Reports of Telegram problems began appearing on Monday night in the US, with users experiencing difficulties accessing the platform and using messaging functions.
