A female journalist was crushed to death by a container on Sunday in the Long March of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan. It is said that they were pushed. This raises the question of whether it is murder or not. Before understanding the whole matter, you can give your opinion on this poll...
Sadaf Naeem, who lost her life, was a reporter for Channel 5. She was covering this long march. He had also interviewed Imran a day earlier. Imran Shahbaz is taking out a long march from Lahore to Islamabad on the long march demanding resignation from the Sharif government.
According to reports, Sadaf was traveling in Imran's container. Meanwhile, someone from the people presents there pushed her, and Sadaf fell from the container. The wheel of the container slipped over his neck. Sadaf died on the spot.
First, know how the incident happened
Imran started the long march from Lahore on Friday. He will reach Islamabad on November 4 and will hold an indefinite dharna there. Khan has demanded that Shahbaz Sharif should resign from the post of Prime Minister and that immediate general elections should be held in the country.
According to 'Geo News', Imran's convoy reached Kamoki near Gujranwala on Sunday. Some journalists were also present on the container Imran is boarding. Sadaf Naeem was one of them.
According to the report, someone present in the container pushed Sadaf and she fell to the ground. Meanwhile, the wheel of the container passed over his neck. The noise was such that even the scream of his fall was not heard much. Its footage has also surfaced. Some reports said that Sadaf was traveling in another vehicle next to Imran's container.
the march stopped for a day
After the incident, Imran Khan announced to stop the march for a day. He described Sadaf as a brave and good journalist. Khan said- I am deeply saddened by this accident. I am stopping the march for a day.
Sadaf did a special interview with Imran Khan on Saturday night and also shared it on his social media account. Lahore Police has said that it is investigating the matter.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also expressed grief over the accident. Said- I am also very worried for Sadaf's family. Our government will help his family. Sadaf's career may have been short, but he had a lot of knowledge.
Shahbaz government in trouble
The Shahbaz Sharif government is stuck due to Imran's long march. This march, which started on October 28, will be indefinite. Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is going to visit Pakistan in the first week of November. It is believed that because of the bad situation in Pakistan, Salman can cancel this tour. The blame for this is going to explode on Imran's head.
Apart from this, Shahbaz himself is going on a visit to China on November 1. How much China will help Pakistan in the situation of political chaos in the country, will be a matter to be seen.
According to Pakistan's newspaper 'The Dawn', the situation that is being created because of Imran, other countries can distance themselves from Pakistan. Its biggest impact will be on the flood-affected Pakistanis. If this atmosphere prevails here, then other countries will also run away from help. Perhaps this is the reason why the government went to the Supreme Court to ban the Long March, but it also withdrew. Violence is also expected during this march.
Second Long March in 7 months
In May too, Imran had taken out a long march and during that time there was tremendous violence. While announcing that march, Khan had said – I want to make it clear that I have come out to do jihad, not politics. The government has been given 6 days. If they do not announce the election dates then we will reach Islamabad again and this time we will not return till the election dates are announced.
When people did not gather in this march, Khan withdrew it. Said- I ended Islamabad's long march and dharna because I did not want the blood of innocent people to be shed. The police fired tear gas and lathi-charged our people. A few days before this March, the army sent a message to Imran that he should not make rhetoric against America. Khan did not agree and he taunted the army of Pakistan as well as America.
