Petition in HC against Ram Rahim\'s parole: Dera Mukhi ignoring the rules, demanding to be sent back to jail

The matter of parole of Ram Rahim, who is serving a sentence in the Sadhvi harrasment abuse and murder case, has reached the High Court. Advocate HC Arora of Punjab and Haryana High Court has filed a petition against the parole. He said that the Haryana government is ignoring the rules during the parole of Ram Rahim. At the same time, the Haryana government did not even take the opinion of Punjab on the parole of Ram Rahim. He has demanded to cancel the parole and send Ram Rahim back to jail.

 

Please tell that Dera Mukhi Ram Rahim has recently come out of Rohtak\'s Sunaria jail on parole for 40 days. He is doing online Satsang from Barnawa Ashram located in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. There is a ruckus on parole after Ram Rahim celebrated Diwali and released the song.

Advocate HC Arora said in the petition that according to the rules, where the person getting parole stays, the opinion of the district magistrate is taken, but in Ram Rahim\'s case, this rule was ignored. It has been said in the petition that Ram Rahim directly affects Punjab. Therefore, before granting parole, the Haryana government must have taken the opinion of the Punjab government.

 

the danger of breach of peace

Advocate HC Arora also said that there is a danger of a breach of peace with Ram Rahim\'s parole. The atmosphere in Punjab may deteriorate due to online Satsang. Yesterday, there was a demonstration at Dera Salabatpura in Bathinda. In such a situation, the security of Ram Rahim on parole should have been assessed from Punjab also.

 

Can't do online Satsang

Advocate Arora said that certain conditions are kept while getting parole. The local police are instructed to keep a watch on the parole recipient. The condition of prohibition is also placed on the use of mobile and other means of communication. Not so in the case of Ram Rahim. He is singing songs on the internet. Citing these rules, the petition has sought cancellation of parole.

 

Ruckus after BJP leaders\' departure in satsang

Ram Rahim started online Satsang as soon as he came out of jail. BJP leaders started arriving in it. Karnal Mayor Renu Bala reached first. Then Haryana Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa and Hisar Mayor Gautam Sardana\'s wife also joined to seek blessings. Not only this, the Transport Minister of the BJP government in Himachal Pradesh, Bikram Thakur also joined the online Satsang.

 

After this, it was discussed that Ram Rahim was not brought out because of the Adampur by-election and panchayat elections in Haryana and assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh. However, CM Manohar Lal Khattar shunned it by telling it according to the rules.

 

The Delhi Women\'s Commission chairperson has also raised questions

Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Swati Maliwal also raised questions on Ram Rahim\'s parole. He demanded cancellation of parole. After this he also claimed that he is being threatened by the devotees of Ram Rahim. However, the Dera management termed it wrong and said that mischievous elements are doing this. They should be investigated and action should be taken. A conspiracy is being hatched against Ram Rahim.
