A record of 4 thousand 39 new patients were identified in Delhi on Wednesday. With this, the number of infected in the state has crossed two lakh. So far, 2 lakh 1 thousand 174 people have been infected. It is a matter of relief that 1 lakh 72 thousand 763 people have been cured. 4 thousand 638 patients have died. The Union Health Ministry released its figures on Thursday morning. According to this, 95 thousand 735 patients increased and 1172 people died in the last 24 hours. Now the total number of patients in the country has increased to 44 lakh 65 thousand 864. At the same time, there are 9 lakh 19 thousand 18 active cases. 34 lakh 71 thousand 784 patients have been cured. So far 75 thousand 62 people in the country have died due to corona.

State of five states
1. Madhya Pradesh
There is a shortage of oxygen in the hospitals of the state. Several districts including Dewas, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Shivpuri have had this problem on Tuesday-Wednesday. The corona patients at Amaltas Hospital in Dewas were troubled for oxygen for 7 hours. This problem came because Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra stopped supply.
Currently, Covid has more than 17 thousand 700 active cases in the state. 20% of these patients need oxygen. The shortage suddenly increased after supplies were stopped from Maharashtra. Hospitals received 40 tonnes of oxygen every day in July and 90 tonnes in August. On the other hand, after the increasing number of cases in Indore, the traders have decided to close shops on weekends i.e. 5 on Saturday and 6 pm on Sunday.
2. Rajasthan
The state received a record 1610 patients on Wednesday. This is the first time that more than 1600 infected are found in Rajasthan in a day. On the other hand, the state report in Jodhpur district stated 220 infected, but according to local information, 450 positive were found. 5 died in the last 24 hours. So far, 15 thousand 633 cases have been reported in the district, while 12 thousand 212 have become healthy. 223 people have died of the disease.
3. Bihar
On Wednesday, 206 patients were found in Patna district. The number of infected in the district has increased to 22 thousand 900. Of these, 20 thousand 699 have been cured. There are currently 2109 active cases. The rate of cured patients is 90%. A sample of 1.2 lakh people was then examined in the state. With this, 44.5 lakh corona tests have been tested so far. The positivity rate has also reached 3.4%.

So far 9 lakh 67 thousand 349 people have been infected in the state. Out of these 6 lakh 86 thousand 462 people have been cured. 2 lakh 52 thousand 734 patients are currently being treated. So far, 27 thousand 787 people have died.
5. Uttar Pradesh
More than 5 thousand cases are being reported in the state since a week. On Wednesday, 6 thousand 568 patients appeared. With this, the number of infected in the state has now reached 2 lakh 85 thousand 41. Of these, 2 lakh 16 thousand 901 people have been cured, while 64 thousand 28 patients are still being treated. 1.4 lakh samples were examined in the last 24 hours. So far, 69.2 lakh corona tests have been conducted in the state.
