IND vs BAN: The Indian cricket team is preparing for the last ODI against Bangladesh. Rohit Sharma's exit before this match is a big blow for the team. KL Rahul will captain the team in this match, but finding an alternative to Rohit Sharma will be the biggest thing for the team. In the pre-match practice session, Ishaan Kishan and Rahul Tripathi sweated profusely and during this, along with Rahul, head coach Rahul Dravid also kept an eye on them.
Will either Kishan or Tripathi get a chance?
Both Kishan and Tripathi can open and one of them can be given a chance to fill Rohit's place. Virat Kohli was made to open the innings when Rohit was injured in the last match. KL Rahul himself is playing in the middle order and probably his place is not going to change. While Kishan has experience playing international cricket, Tripathi is yet to make his debut. If Rahul himself decides to open, then Rajat Patidar can be given a debut as he has good experience playing in the middle order.
What are India's options in bowling?
For the last ODI, India will have three fast bowlers in the form of Umran Malik, Mohammad Siraj, and Shardul Thakur. Of these, only Shardul has disappointed and the performance of the other two bowlers has been quite correct. Akshar Patel and Washington Sundar will be important players in the spin department. Kuldeep Yadav and Shahbaz Ahmed are also included in the team, so any of them can get a chance.
