India vs West Indies 3rd ODI, Narendra Modi Stadium Ahmedabad: In the third and final match of the ODI series being played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India scored 265 runs in 50 overs after batting first. Team India was all out on the last ball of the innings.

 

Shreyas Iyer scored the highest 80 runs for India. At the same time, Rishabh Pant played an innings of 56 runs. Apart from this, Deepak Chahar played an important inning of 38 runs in the end. At the same time, fast bowler Jason Holder took the maximum of four wickets for the West Indies. Apart from this, leg-spinner Hayden Walsh and fast bowler Alzarri Joseph took two wickets each.

 

India's top order flopped once again

 

Like in the second ODI, the top order of Team India also collapsed in this match. Captain Rohit Sharma 13 off 15 balls, Virat Kohli 00, and Shikhar Dhawan returned to the pavilion after scoring 10 runs in 26 balls. In the 10th over, India had lost three important wickets for just 42 runs.

After this, Shreyas Iyer and wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant, who returned to the team after beating Corona, took no front. Both shared 110 runs for the fourth wicket. Iyer scored 80 runs in 111 balls with the help of 9 fours. At the same time, Pant scored 56 runs in 54 balls. During this, he hit six fours and a six.

 

As soon as these two were out, Team India was once again looking in trouble. This time Deepak Chahar and Washington Sundar became troublemakers. Both shared a vital partnership of 53 runs for the seventh wicket. Chahar was dismissed for 38 runs in 38 balls. He hit four fours and two sixes. Apart from this, Washington Sundar scored 33 runs in 34 balls. He hit two fours and a six.
