The real face of Canada, which questioned India over the Nijjar murder case, has been exposed by one of its former police officers. Former Toronto Police Sergeant (Detective) Donald Best has supported India's Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar's statement that Canada lacks proper screening procedures for immigrants.
Not only this, Donald Best has expressed concern that there are many flaws in Canada's visa approval process, which allows people with criminal backgrounds and those associated with organized crime in India to enter Canada.
India's concerns about separatists are justified.
Donald Best said many other big things in a conversation with news agency ANI. Best, who has also been an investigative journalist by profession, said that India's concerns about Khalistani separatists getting political space in Canada are justified. Best said, "The Indian Foreign Minister has mentioned that Canada is approving visas for people who are criminals and were members of organized crime in India. I believe this is true. There is no screening of immigrants here at all. I think that due to all these reasons, a large number of Khalistanis are gathering in Canada and their community is growing."
5 percent of immigrants came in the last 2 years
Donald Best criticized the policies of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and said that there is unrest in Canada and the country with a small population of about 40 million, about five percent of immigrants have come in the last two years. He said, "Ever since Trudeau and his government took power in Canada, we have seen very dramatic changes. We have seen large numbers and uncontrolled immigration, which is having a serious negative impact on our housing, economy, social services, hospitals, and health services. We are a very small country in terms of population. We have only 40 million people, but in terms of 40 million people, five percent have come within the last one and a half to two years. There is a lot of turmoil here. We have also received strong criticism that for some reason Khalistani separatists and Sikhs have a lot of wrong influence here.
More than 2600 gangs are active in Canada.
Best said that according to the Canadian Criminal Intelligence Service, more than 2,600 organized crime groups are active here, posing a significant threat to public safety and social stability. These groups are involved in various illegal activities, including illegal drug markets, violent crimes, and financial crimes. The Indian government expressed concern about Canada's alleged softness towards Khalistani extremists. Who wants to create an independent Sikh state?
