नई दिल्ली: COVID-19 भारत में अभी भी स्थानीय प्रसारण चरण में है, यह दोहराते हुए स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को कहा कि संक्रमण के मामलों को 100 से 1,000 तक बढ़ने में 12 दिन लग गए और वृद्धि की दर कुछ की तुलना में धीमी रही विकसित देशों।
सीओवीआईडी -19 पर किए गए कार्यों, तैयारियों और अद्यतनों पर दैनिक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए, स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव लव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि रविवार से भारत में 92 नए मामले और चार मौतें हुई हैं, जिनमें कुल मामले 1,071 हैं। और मरने वालों की संख्या 29 हो गई है।
उन्होंने कहा, "हमारे देश में मामलों के 100 से 1,000 तक बढ़ने में 12 दिन लगे, जबकि हमसे कम जनसंख्या वाले सात अन्य विकसित देशों में कई वृद्धि देखी गई है।"
अग्रवाल ने भारत में मामलों में वृद्धि की धीमी गति को जिम्मेदार ठहराया ताकि सामाजिक दूरदर्शी दिशानिर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन किया जा सके और राज्य सरकारों के साथ मिलकर केंद्र द्वारा की जाने वाली सामूहिक पूर्वव्यापी कार्रवाई की जा सके।
सामाजिक भेद के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए, उन्होंने कहा कि यहां तक कि एक व्यक्ति की लापरवाही से इस महामारी का प्रसार हो सकता है।

इसी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में बोलते हुए, भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (आईसीएमआर) में महामारी विज्ञान और संचारी रोगों के प्रमुख रमन आर गंगाखेडकर ने कहा कि अब तक 38,442 परीक्षण किए गए हैं, जिनमें से 3,501 रविवार को किए गए थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि 47 निजी प्रयोगशालाओं को सीओवीआईडी -19 परीक्षण आयोजित करने की मंजूरी दी गई है और पिछले तीन दिनों में 1,334 परीक्षण निजी प्रयोगशालाओं में किए गए हैं।
