Keeping in mind the security arrangements, the responsibility of this has been entrusted to the officers of the Railway Police.
On the other hand, Anand Vihar Railway Station's Commercial Inspector (CMI) Prahlad Singh said that we have stopped the platform ticket to stop the crowd. Due to this, people coming to drop off the passengers will not be able to come to the platform. He said that because of the increasing rush for Chhath Puja, the Railway Department has increased the number of regular trains and also started festival special trains.

He said that for the festival, we are giving priority to the trains going towards Purvanchal so that the passengers can reach their homes on time.
Temporary waiting rooms and other counters made for passengers
The Railway Department has opened temporary waiting rooms, reservation counters, help centers, health check-up centers, and ticket booking centers for the convenience of the passengers.
